UPD Urns Shipping and Returns Policy

 

Shipping Policy

Shipping rates depend on your UPD Fox membership status.

  • UPD Fox Members: All orders in the continental USA ship FREE via FedEx Ground or USPS. You may receive two or even three packages as part of your free shipping.
  • Non-Members: Standard shipping charges apply and will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your order and delivery location.

For all customers, NEXT DAY AIR SAVER, 2 DAY AIR, and 3 DAY AIR shipping is available at checkout for an additional fee, regardless of membership status.

All packages ship from our facility at 2441 Elm Grove Rd, Wylie, TX 75098.

Your order ships within 48 business hours, whether you are a UPD Fox member (free shipping) or a non-member (standard shipping). Your order ships the next business day for Next Day Air, 2 Day Air, and 3 Day Air shipments, unless it is ordered before noon CST, in which case we ship the same day.

Example: If you purchase 2 Day Air, the order ships the same or next day depending on the time the order was received (CST). Do not count the shipping day itself when figuring the delivery day — count 2 business days from there, excluding weekends. For example, a purchase made on Tuesday before noon CST will deliver that Thursday. A purchase made on Thursday before noon CST will deliver the following Monday. We follow FedEx delivery guidelines. Engraving & Shipping Times

If you have purchased an urn or nameplate that requires engraving, it will be engraved at our Wylie, TX facility and ship the same day if the order is placed before 12:00 CST, or the next day otherwise. Some engraving orders require proof approval before production begins — in these cases, the order must be placed and the proof must be reviewed and approved before it is engraved and shipped, which may extend the timeline above. We often call customers as soon as the order arrives if we have a question about the engraving request. Many customers also ask about the number of lines and characters we can engrave — since we do all our own engraving, we can accommodate most requirements and have even engraved poems or verses on the back of our brass, wood, and granite urns, with a name, dates, and sentiments on the front.

Our staff takes great care to inspect and pack each order well before it is handed to USPS or FedEx for delivery. Tracking is sent to the email address on the order.

 

Returns Policy

You may return your purchase to UPD Urns within 15 days of ordering, with a 15% restocking fee. The item must be in the same condition as when it was shipped.
