For urns requiring engraving and Next Day delivery, orders must be placed before 1:00 PM Central Standard Time (CST) and the engraving proof must be approved promptly in order to qualify for same-day shipping.

If your order is placed after 1:00 PM CST, or if engraving approval is delayed, the urn will be engraved and shipped the next business day.
